Classes

Basics
Basics classes are designed specifically to help new students develop the basic movements of JiuJitsu through sound defensive and offensive techniques. This class will focus on introductory lessons for every basic position in JiuJitsu and help the new student’s development and understanding of the core concepts of Jiu-Jitsu. No sparring allows for a deeper concentration on the core elements, movements, and mechanics.

Fundamentals
This class is designed for anyone looking to hone their fundamental Jiu-Jitsu knowledge. The main focus of this class is the core techniques that embody the art of Jiu-Jitsu. Through this class the students will be able to improve their overall technical proficiency of Jiu-Jitsu along with the proper movement and mechanics. Positional sparring helps develop understanding and application of the techniques, principles, and concepts they have learned in class.

Advanced
Strong focus on advanced Jiu-Jitsu principles, developing fluency in techniques, and meta game details that arise in specific situations. Students should already possess a sound offensive & defensive tactical game and a basic understanding of Jiu-Jitsu theory, principles, and concepts. This class is for Blue Belts and up only and will offer open sparring rounds.

Pro Training
The Pro Training Class is designed for those who want to build a strong strategic game in the sport of Jiu-Jitsu. The class features both situational and open sparring and is FREE for all Blue Belts and above from any other academy.

Women’s Only
The goal of this class is to provide a training platform for all the women of Jiu-Jitsu who want to train with each other. The class format contains a warmup, technical instruction, and sparring portion as well.
